Please email us with any shipping related issues or questions. Include your invoice number in the subject line when emailing.
After you request an invoice, please check your email as we will email you the invoice for payment within 24 hours. You will have 24 hours to pay before we cancel the invoice. After the 3rd cancelled invoice, we will remove you from the website.
After You Paid
In stock items are shipped via UPS within 4 business days. Each Pre-Order item will have an estimated ship date in the description on our site.
We will send your tracking to the same email address you used to make the purchase. If we are delayed in shipping due to high demand, we will inform you of the delayed.
If You Received the Wrong Item
If you have received the wrong item, please email us and include your invoice number. In the email let us know what you received and what you should have received. We will get back with you within 24 hours of the next business day.
Damaged
If you receive a damaged item, we reserve the right to replace it with the same item. If we can't replace it, we will offer a credit. If an item is damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours of your tracking number showing delivery.
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if we ship you the wrong item and we have made arrangements for you to return/exchange the incorrect item, please know that the return package must be postmarked within 3 business days. If the return isn't postmarked within 3 business days, we will refuse it upon receipt and will not offer any additional options for returning that item. In the event that you feel we have shipped you the wrong item, you must notify us within 5 days after UPS shows the item was delivered.
In the event that we are unable to replace the item and we offer a refund, the refund may take up to 3 business days once it is received at the warehouse.
If an account credit is offered, the balance must be used in one transaction. We will not roll over credit balances. Credit balances may not be used against sale items. Credit will expire after 60 days.
Please note that all UPS packages carry up to $100.00 in insurance. If the package is lost, UPS will normally cover the cost up to $100. All other exposure is at your expense without the purchase of additional insurance. An insurance claim can take up to 8 weeks.
